A long weekend in the capital city of Norway: Oslo

July 2007- Summer holiday on the island of Tjockø, not far from Stockholm in Sweden with the "big" family...4 children...2 cars...boat...etc:-)

Alpine skiing at Vassfjellet (near Trondheim), Åre (Sweden) and Oppdal. Visit to Rørosmartnan, a traditional annual market in this village near the Swedish border. Røros is on UNESCO's world heritage list.

Pictures from a Sunday tour in February 2007 to the area called Aunegrenda, situated between Trondheim and Røros. Cold (-10C) but beautiful weather and wonderful nature.

A winter weekend in Noord Holland, the area north for Amsterdam. We visited the North Sea beaches in Callantsoog, Bergen and Zandvoort. Haarlem is a very nice old town with a lot of typical Dutch monumental houses.
